This petition has been filed by the legal heirs of the writ petitioner in W.P.No.9440 of 2024, seeking permission to file a contempt petition alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 08.04.2024 passed in the said writ petition.
2.It is stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition that the original writ petitioner, namely Arumuga Gounder, died on 07.05.2024. The petitioners are the legal heirs of the writ petitioner. Alleging that the orders of this Court has not been complied with, the petitioners seek permission of this Court to file a Contempt Petition on behalf of their father. 3.Having regard to the facts stated in the affidavit, this petition is
ordered.
