ORDER

Heard Mr.N.Subramani, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.Veera Kathiravan, learned counsel appearing for R1 and Mr.L.Chandrakumar, learned counsel appearing for R3.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the first respondent to consider into her complaint and take action against the third respondent.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that already notice has been issued to the third respondent and the third respondent has to file his objection to the complaint and thereafter, enquiry will be conducted and orders will be passed in accordance with law.

4. In the light of the above, the third respondent is directed to submit his explanation to the show cause notice issued by the third respondent within a period of three weeks from today and thereafter, the first respondent shall conduct an enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the third respondent and pass reasoned order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the explanation from the date of the enquiry.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
