The above Petition is filed to withdraw and transfer GWOP.No.111 of 2024 pending on the file of the Family Court at Coimbatore to the Family Court at Tiruppur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

3. It is seen that the ward is residing at Coimbatore and therefore, it is the Court at Coimbatore which has the jurisdiction and the GWOP has been rightly filed before the Family Court at Coimbatore.

4. It is informed that the petitioner before this Court is now residing abroad in the United States and is attending the Court through video conferencing. Therefore, it does not make a difference as to which court the GWOP is pending. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that by order dated 07.02.2025, the learned Judge Family Court, Coimbatore has directed the petitioner to appear in person and has now denied access through video conferencing to her. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that if at this juncture, the petitioner is forced to leave the United States of America she may not be in a position to return back to the United States of America.

5. Considering the same, while dismissing the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition the learned Family Judge, Coimbatore is directed to give access through video conferencing to the petitioner. The order is passed in the presence of the respondent's counsel. The respondent's counsel shall also inform the Family Court about this order passed by this court.

6. With the above direction, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
