When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing on 10.07.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 21.07.2017. The writ petition came up for hearing on 21.07.2017, where the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought extension of time and this Court

granted time till 28.07.2017. Again, the petition was posted for hearing on 28.07.2017, whereby the learned counsel for the petitioner again sought extension of time and also requested to remove the caption 'for dismissal'. Hence, this Court again granted adjournment and directed to remove the caption 'for dismissal' and posted the same on 04.08.2017. Today(23.08.2017), when the writ petition came up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
