With the grievance that though out of an extent of 3 acres 3 cents only 2 acres 3 cents has been alienated with respect to the Survey No.61/2 situated in Vellanur Village, Ambattur Taluk, patta has been given for the the entire extent in favour of the respondent nos.2 & 4, the petitioner made a representation on 07.07.2015 seeking to correct the same by including his name along with the name of the others. On its non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, a direction is issued to the respondent no.1 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 07.07.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the respondent nos.2 & 3. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
