Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider and conduct enquiry on the petitioner's revision petition dated 14/05/2015 presented under Rule of 29 of the CRPF Rules 1955, along with a prayer to condone delay, seeking to set-aside the order of dismissal from service passed by the 4th respondent in Ref: Order of dismissal dated 16.09.1997 in No.P.VIII.9/97-97 ESTT and confirmed by the 3rd respondent on 09.11.2003 vide proceedings No.R.XIII.1/03ESTT-1, within time frame as may be fixed by this Honourable Court.
