This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the rejection order passed in unnumbered Crl.M.P.No. of 2019 in C.A.No.173 of 2018 dated 26.04.2019 on the file of learned II Additional District Judge, Tiruvallur at Poondamallee and consequently direct the learned II Additional District Judge, Tiruvallur at Poondamallee to permit him to comply the conditional order imposed in order dated 24.10.2018 vide Crl.M.P.No.5416 of 2018.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in view of the final order passed in Crl.R.C.No.439 of 2019 dated 30.05.2019, nothing survives in this petition. 3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
