ORDER

The Writ petition is filed praying for a writ of Mandamus to direct 1st respondent to refund the petitioner a sum of Rs.6,99,000/- was recovered without jurisdiction.

2. At the outset it was submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent they shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 19.04.2021 seeking refund of Rs.6,99,000/- after providing an opportunity of hearing in accordance with law which was agreed to by the learned counsel of the petitioner.

3. In view thereof the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent to dispose of the representation dated 19.04.2021 in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioner.
