The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to direct the third respondent to change the Domestic Enquiry Officer and conduct the Domestic Enquiry after furnishing the documents, witnesses, with the assistance of an Advocate. 2.It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Special Government Pleader that the enquiry proceedings had been completed and a final order in the disciplinary proceedings has already been issued by the competent authorities. 3.Thus, the relief sought for in this writ petition need not be considered at this point of time and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
