O R D E R

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.11.2015 and to the life and property of the petitioner.

Though very many contentions have been raised in the petition, at the time of making submissions, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that if a direction is given to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 25.11.2015 to provide adequate police protection for completing the construction of compound wall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

around the petitioner's property, since some rowdy elements in the name of Advocates attempted to trespass into the petitioner's property and threatened him with dire consequences.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

In view of the submissions made on either side, this Court without adverting to the other averments made in the petition, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.11.2015, in accordance with law, by providing personal hearing to the petitioner as well as to other necessary parties and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
