Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 2nd respondent to take action on the complaint dated 04.05.2019 and to give police protection to the petitioner and the same has been forwarded by the 1st respondent to the 2nd respondent.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to take action on the complaint dated 04.05.2019 and to give police protection to the petitioner and the same has been forwarded by the 1st respondent to the 2nd respondent.

The relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court, since the petitioner has already approached this Court by filing WP No.14270 of 2019 and this Court by order dated 16.05.2019 has given sufficient directions for police protection in order to restore the electricity connection.
