O R D E R

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the second Respondent herein to register the case on the petitioner complaint dated 18.08.2015 to investigate the same and to file final report in accordance with law.

2. The petitioner had lodged a complaint dated 18.11.2015 against one Selvasekar with regard to property dispute. Till date, no action was taken on the said complaint. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Criminal Original Petition.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that an enquiry has been conducted and since the matter was amicably settled between the parties, the same was closed.
