12444/2022 order dated on 26.05.2022 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.PURUSHOTHAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 26.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.12444 of 2022 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30.a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is not complying with the conditions.

3. Considering the above said submission, this Court finds no grounds to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12444 of 2022. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
