The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a mandamus to direct the first and second respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 26.03.2025, to conduct an 2/6
enquiry relating to the appointments of the fifth and sixth respondents, particularly with regard to their teaching experiences claimed by them, within a prescribed time period, in accordance with law.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the first and sixth respondents, by giving false teaching experience, has joined in the post of Assistant Professor in the year 2008.
3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent would fairly submit that the first respondent would consider the representation of the petitioner within a reasonable time.
4. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.
5. In view of the said fair submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the first and second respondents to consider the representation dated 26.03.2025 made by the petitioner, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the fifth and sixth 3/6
respondents, and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, to pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
