2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. Alleging that the respondents are interfering and attempting to conduct the function in the property of the petitioner situated in Survey No.648/51, Timiri Village, Arcot Taluk, Vellore District, the present writ petition is filed.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice for the respondents 1 to 3 has submitted that no function is proposed to be held in the above said place.

5. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
