PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent (Tahsildar, Kundrathur) to consider the petitioner representation dated 05.10.2023 (requesting them to modify the patta issued in the name of 5th respondent and re-issue fresh patta in the name of petitioner as per Will dated 14.04.1988) within a stipulated time. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus, to direct the fourth respondent (Tahsildar, Kundrathur) to consider the petitioner representation dated 05.10.2023 (requesting them to modify the patta issued in the name of 5th respondent and re-issue fresh patta in the name of petitioner as per Will dated 14.04.1988) within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader 2/5

that they will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders.

4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, after issuing due notice to the respondents 5 to 9 herein with all the objections by giving personal hearing to them and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
