Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend time by two weeks to furnish surety and comply with other conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.9246 of 2022 passed on 22.04.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.UMAPATHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 22.04.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.9246 of 2022 to comply with the conditions.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Time already granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9246 of 2022 dated 22.04.2022 is extended till 08.07.2022, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled. No further extension will be granted.
