ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) With the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 03.02.2014 after hearing him and the respondents 3 and 4.

3. Pursuant to our notice dated 21.09.2015, Mr. N.Sakthivel, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the first respondent, submits that in the appeal, enquiry is fixed on 1.10.2015.

4. The said information is treated as notice to the petitioner herein/ appellant therein enabling him to participate in the appeal and thereafter, the first respondent shall consider and dispose of the appeal on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
