The petitioner made a representation on 30.06.2015 to the respondent no.2, marking a copy to the respondent no.3 seeking measurement of the land purchased by him as per the Sale Deed dated 07.03.2005 and for issuance of a certificate thereafter. On its non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, a direction is issued to the respondent no.3 to pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to provide another copy of the representation dated 30.06.2015 to the respondent no.3 within two weeks, enclosing a copy of this order. It is open to the respondent no.3 to hear any 3rd party, if so required.
