The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent police to register a case on the complaint dated 11.11.2015 given by the petition and investigate according to law expeditiously.

2. The petitioner lodged a complaint against one Krishnakumar, Robinson, Johnson and father Amulraj with regard to property dispute. Till date, no action was taken on the said complaint.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the enquiry is pending with the respondent police. On receipt of the complaint of the petitioner in C.S.R.No.946 of 2015 has been assigned and the matter is pending for enquiry.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the respondent police to conduct an enquiry on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint dated 11.11.2015 given by the petitioner in C.S.R.No.946 of 2015 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, as early as possible.
