ORDER

The petitioner, claiming to be the owner of the property said to have been purchased from one R.Chandragupta on 27.2.95, has preferred an appeal before the District Registar, Chennai North, the first respondent herein to take action against the respondents 3 to 12 mentioning therein that all the aforementioned private respondents are trying to grab his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

property by making misrepresentations and forged documents. Since the said appeal filed before the first respondent has not been taken up for hearing, he has come to this Court.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 & 2 sought sufficient time to consider the pending appeal made by the petitioner.

3. This Court, considering the limited prayer, without going to the merits of the matter, hereby directs the first respondent-District Registrar, Chennai North to consider the pending appeal made by the petitioner on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
