Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to take action against the 4th respondent by considering the representation of the petitioner, the present councilor of Ward No.84 of Chennai Corporation and also the report of the Tahsildar dated 6.5.2022 within the period to be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This writ petition has been filed to seek a direction on the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner after taking cognizance of the report of the Tahsildar dated 06.05.2022.

2. This Court was inclined to issue notice on the respondents, but a prayer is made to dispose of the writ petition with simple direction to the respondent authorities to consider the representation of the petitioner and take a decision on it.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities to consider the representation of the petitioner and take a decision on it within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
