ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.1181 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent to the second respondent enabling him to investigate the same along with the cases in CBI Crime No.RC.10 and 11/S/2014 on the file of the CBI, SBI, Chennai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.A report received from the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai shows that final report has been filed on 18.01.2016.

3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that final report has been filed which was taken on file as C.C.No.1686 of 2016 on the file of the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on 02.03.2016. 4.In response, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner does not want to pursue further since final report has been filed.

5.Recording the submission made on both sides, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
