O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the learned counsels, appearing on behalf of the respondents.

2. This writ petition has been filed, praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent concerned to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.9.2014, in accordance with law.

3. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the first respondent had submitted that the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.9.2014, had already been disposed of by the first respondent.

4. He had further submitted that a copy of the proceedings of the first respondent would be communicated to the petitioner, within a period of ten days, from today. In view of the said submissions made by the learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the first respondent, this Court is of the view that no further orders are necessary, in the present writ petition. Hence, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P. is also closed.
