The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint dated 12.10.2015 vide CSR No.249 of 2015 dated 14.10.2015 preferred by the petitioner and to investigate the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to monitor the investigation of the same.

2. The petitioner submitted that he has preferred a complaint before the respondent police on 12.10.2015 against one Babu and Samundeeswari. Though C.S.R.No.249 of 2015 has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

assigned on his complaint, till date no action has been taken.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the enquiry is pending with the respondent police. On receipt of the complaint of the petitioner in C.S.R.No.249 of 2015 has been assigned and the matter is pending for enquiry.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the respondent police to conduct an enquiry on the complaint dated 12.10.2015 given by the petitioner in C.S.R.No.249 of 2015 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, as early as possible.

5. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
