The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.08.2016 for One Time Settlement (OTS).

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited made https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a submission that the loan amount has already been settled. 3.In view of the fact that the loan amount has already been settled as per the submission made by the learned counsel for the first respondent, no further consideration is required in respect of the relief sought for in the writ petition. However, if any other grievance exists namely, return of document or otherwise, it is for the petitioner to approach the competent authorities by submitting a representation.

4. With these observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
