ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 11.07.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offence under Sections 6 (4) of TNSC (RDCS) Order 1982 r/w 7(i) a(ii) of E.C. Act 1955 in Cr.No.85 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was transporting 2,000 kgs of PDS rice worth about Rs.11,300/- Hence the law enforcing agency registered a case against the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender and further submitted that there are three previous cases pending against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that there are three previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
