ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent to conduct further investigation in C.C.No.49 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Krishnagiri Town Police Station, Krishnagiri District.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that since final report has been filed and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.49 of 2014, the question of further investigation does not arise.

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal original petition is dismissed.
