This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's application dated 15.02.2019 for cancellation of the sub-divisions viz. 192/3A, 192/3B and 192/3B made in S.No.192/3 of Peramandur (East) Village, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District and issue patta for his property as per the title deeds within the time frame fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 15.02.2019 and to pass orders within the time frame fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the third respondent has already fixed the date for enquiry on 07.10.2020 at 11.00 a.m. and the petitioner can be present for enquiry along with all the relevant documents. 3.

Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the third respondent has already fixed the date for enquiry and called the parties for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to conduct the enquiry after giving opportunity to the petitioner and the fifth respondent and pass orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
