This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 2nd Respondent herein to Survey and demarcate the boundary of petitioner's land comprised in Survey No. 240/2b admeasuring an extent of 0.5 Cents situated at Sindala padi Village, Pappireddipatti Taluk, Dharmapuri District based on the fee remitted on 02.06.2022 and 12.10.2022 by the Petitioner's base on the petitioner representation dated 29.04.2024 and issue separate patta in the name of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 29.04.2024 with a request for surveying and issuance of patta, however, the same is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. Since no adverse order is passed against the third respondent, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner 2/4

dated 29.04.2024 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners, private respondent and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
