The petitioner has filed the Revision Petition before the first respondent viz., Ministry of Home Affaris Government of India, New 1/3

Delhi. However, the Revision Petition has to be filed only before the Inspector General of Police, Central Industrial Security Force South Sector. Therefore, instead of filing the Revision petition before the Inspector General of Police, Central Industrial Security Force, South Sector, the petitioner has filed the Revision Petition before the first respondent which is not maintainable.

2. This Court, without hearing the respondents/contemnor has issued a direction to the first respondent to pass appropriate order on the revision petition filed by the petitioners. Therefore, it is suffice to issue a direction to the first respondent to forward the same to the Inspector General of Police, Central Industrial Security Force, South Sector who in turn, pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

3. In view of the above direction, Contempt petition is Closed. SD/- ASSISTANT REGISTRAR(COMM.CASES) vv //Certified to be true copy// Dated at Madras this the day of 2021.
