By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the Director of School Education, Directorate of School Education, DPI Complex, Nungambakkam, Chennai 600 006, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.04.2022 seeking for correction of his name and date of birth in the School records.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed before this Court, a communication received from the respondent dated 14.06.2022 rejecting the petitioner's representation dated 29.04.2022.

4. Since the representation of the petitioner has been rejected by passing of the final order, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty for the petitioner to challenge the

order dated 14.06.2022 rejecting the petitioner's representation in the manner known to the petitioner under law.

5. After recording the fact that final order has been passed on 14.06.2022, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order in the manner known to the petitioner under law.
