PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to amend the Sections 126(2), 296(b), 232(1) and 351(3) of BNS Act and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act as Sections 126(2), 296(b), 232(1) and 351(3), 61(2) of BNS Act and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, which was not mentioned in the petition as it was in the remand order under Crime No.320 of 2025 in the Court of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruppur, in order in Crl.O.P.No.14808 of 2025 dated 09.05.2025. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to amend the Sections 126(2), 296(b), 232(1) and 351(3) of BNS Act and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act as "Sections 126(2), 296(b), 232(1) and 351(3), 61(2) of BNS Act and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act", which was not mentioned in the petition as it was in the remand order under Crime No.320 of 2025 in the Court of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruppur, in an order in Crl.O.P.No.14808 of 2025 dated 09.05.2025.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
