O R D E R

Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the affidavit as well as the typed set of documents and would submit

that the custody of the petitioner's daughter, was handed over to her own brother namely, Dhanasekar who was also her guardian and since there was mis-behaviour on his part, her daughter came back and while she is in his care and custody, studied X Standard in the fourth respondent School. Since the petitioner intend to admit her in the third respondent School, requested for issuance of Transfer Certificate from the fourth respondent School and the said request has not been acceded to and therefore, came forward to file this writ petition. 2.Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that since the daughter of the petitioner has attained the age of majority, she can appear before the fourth respondent School and collect the Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate.

3.In the light of the above facts and circumstances, the petitioner shall appear before the fourth respondent on 29.08.2016 and on that date, the fourth respondent is directed to hand over the Transfer as well as the Conduct Certificates to the petitioner under due and proper acknowledgement. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
