(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the bail condition imposed on the petitioner on his release from prison, shall stay at Namakkal and report before the Namakkal Town Police Station everyday at 10.30. a.m and 5.30 p.m. until further orders. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13368 of 2020 dated 01.09.2020. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent on every Monday at 10.30.a.m until further orders.
