O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 11.06.2020, wherein, the petitioner has sought for the survey of the subject property and to fix the boundary stones.

2.Mr.A.Arul Doss, learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondents, submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has been taken on file by the 2nd respondent and the 2nd respondent has fixed the date of enquiry https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on 10.10.2020 at 11.00 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present for the enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 2nd respondent has also called for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry and take a decision within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
