Seeking patta based upon her possession for a number of decades and basing reliance upon the receipt for House Tax and Water Tax, a representation was made by the petitioner on 11.09.2015. In the said representation, the petitioner has sought for issuance of patta for 15 cents in natham Survey No. 861 situated in Govindavadi Agaram Village, Kancheepuram Taluk. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it is suffice if the pending representation is directed to be disposed of.

3.Considering the same, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 11.09.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner and 3rd party, if so required.
