O R D E R
The prayer sought for in the present petition is to direct the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pondicherry to dispose of the proceedings in C.C. No. 27 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible within a time frame.
2. The petitioner is the de-facto complainant in C.C. No.27 of 2018 pending on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pondicherry.
3. This Court by an order dated 04.06.2018, directed the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pondicherry to submit a report stating the stage of the case in C.C. No. 27 of 2018 pending on his file, on or before 19.06.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Pursuant to the said order of this Court, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,Pondicherry has sent a report dated 13.06.2018, wherein it is stated as follows; "I submit that the S.I of Police, CB CID Police Station, Puducherry has laid a police report against 5 accused persons u/s. 417,418, 419, 420, 465, 468 and 471 IPC r/w 34 IPC and the same was taken on file in C.C. No. 27 of 2018 on the file of this court on 23.01.2018. Then, free copies of the documents were furnished to the accused on 23.04.2018, the charges were framed against the accused on 27.04.2018 and the summons were ordered to LW1 to LW3. Now, the case is posted to 18.06.2018 for appearance of LW1 to LW3."
