Petitioner has filed this revision petition seeking a direction to learned III Additional Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of O.P.No.1071 of 2011 within a stipulated time.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

3. Finding that O.P.No.1071 of 2011 on the file of learned III Additional Family Court, Chennai, moved in March 2011 and is at the stage of enquiry from January 2014 and the matter unduly is being protracted, this Court would direct the Court below to dispose of O.P.No.1071 of 2011 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
