ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the mother of the detenue. The detenue has been secured. On enquiry by us, the detenue has informed that she would attain majority within 10 days and she would prefer to be at home.

2. It also appears that the relationship between the petitioner and her husband has also got strained. Both are living apart. The husband of the petitioner does not have a roof to live under.

3. In such view of matter, after enquiring the detenue at length we allow her to be in the home in which she is housed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of now. After attaining majority, the detenue can take a decision on her own. This Habeas Corpus Petition is closed accordingly.
