ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 409 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.1 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused had pledged fake gold jewels and obtained a sum of Rs.1,32,00,000/- from Indian Bank, Cheranna Nagar. The defacto complainant/Zonal Manager came to know, through an unknown person, that the first accused was involved in a forgery case in Kerala and was remanded to judicial custody. Thereafter, the defacto complainant conducted an inspection and found that the fraud made by the accused. Hence, the complaint.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that earlier applications filed by the petitioners before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4132 of 2022 and the same was dismissed as withdrawn on 21.02.2022 and Crl.O.P.No.11835 of 2022 was dismissed on 19.05.2022. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
6. Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and taking note of the fact that this Court had dismissed the earlier applications filed by the petitioner and that there is no change of circumstances. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
