C.M.P.No.9956 of 2022 in S.A.SR.No.27632 of 2022 P.T.ASHA.J, This petition is filed by the appellants to dispense with the certified copy of the judgment and decree dated 04.04.2017 passed in O.S.No.183 of 2009 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Puducherry.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants.

From a reading of the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it appears that the appellants have not even applied for certified copy of the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.183 of 2009 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Puducherry. However, they have filed a copy of the same.

4. The petitioners are directed to renew the request, after filing the necessary affidavit giving details of the same.

5.Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
