This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to promote the petitioner as Deputy Commissioner from the post of Assistant Commissioner in HR&CE Department on the basis of merit-seniority list based on the petitioner's representation dated 25.05.2022 forthwith.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to the effect.

3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
