O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the 1st respondent to give police protection for Arumbavur FB 39 Inland Fishermen Cooperative Society to catch fish in Arumbavur Big Lake and sell them without any issues in accordance with the permission granted on 10.12.2020 on behalf of Public Works and Water Resources Department by considering representation dated 14.05.2022.

2. Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that though there was some issue arose earlier, now there is no issue in regular fish catching in the lake. He would also submit that whenever the complaint is received, they will act as per law.

3. Reconding the submissions of learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed.
