Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in connection with the impugned order of punishmen viz., Rc.No.4929/2014/A1, dated 16.10.2017 issued by the third respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 and 2 t issue proceedings for the purpose of issuing the posting order to the petitioner in the post of Commercial Tax Officer.

ORDER

The petitioner is once again challenging the very same impugned order, against which, this Court had already dismissed the writ petition on 10.11.2017. However, while imposing punishment of censure, the impugned order had also given the petitioner the right to appeal before the appellate authority within one month.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertian the writ petition.

In the result, the writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is directed file an appeal within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

If any such appeal is filed, the appellate authority shall consider and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of filing the appeal. No costs. Consequently, connected WMPs are closed.
