2. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 24.09.2020 with certain conditions. One of the condition is that the petitioners shall join together and deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit credit of crime number, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As per the order of this Court, the petitioners appeared before the concerned Judicial Magistrate and offered to deposit the said amount. However, the concerned Magistrate, has refused to accept the same stating that there is some discrepancy in the order and thereby, the petitioners were unable to 2/7
comply with the conditions.

3. In view of the above submission, paragraph 5(a) of the order dated 24.09.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14960 of 2020 shall be read as follows; (a) Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) jointly, to the credit of Crime No.1095 of 2020, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such deposit, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of their arrest or on their appearance, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruthuraipoondi, on condition that the petitioners shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned magistrate concerned, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed and on further condition that:

4. Registry is directed to make necessary corrections and issue a fresh order copy.
