Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent to assign regular number to the sale deed dated 20.03.2019 executed in favour of Petitioner in Pending Document No. P.16/2019 on the file of the Respondent based on his representation dated 20.05.2019 and to release the same to Petitioner.

O R D E R

The Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition and he has made an endorsement stating as follows:- "The document which was presented for registration is kept pending, since an undertaking was given by the Accused/Third party in Criminal Case in Crime No. 32 of 2013. The said Criminal Case has since been quashed against the said Accused/Third party. In view of this development the said Court order has to be produced before the Respondent for passing orders. Hence should the Respondent fail to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pass orders, the Petitioner should be permitted to file a fresh Writ Petition. Hence permission is sought to file fresh petition."

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
