The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to register the case based on the complaint dated 24.11.2015 given by the petitioner and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. The petitioner lodged a complaint against one James with regard to property dispute. Till date, no action was taken on the said complaint.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the enquiry is pending with the respondent police. On receipt of the complaint of the petitioner in C.S.R.No.847 of 2015 has been assigned and the matter is pending for enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the respondent police to conduct an enquiry on the complaint dated 24.11.2015 given by the petitioner in C.S.R.No.847 of 2015 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, as early as possible.
