The present criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to conduct further investigation in Crime No.508 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that already investigation was completed and charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Krishnagiri and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.203 of 2013 on 27.11.2013. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Since charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.508 of 2013, the prayer made in the present petition has become infructuous. Hence, the criminal original petition is dismissed.
