This criminal original petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.9214 of 2025 dated 04.04.2025.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly from 06.04.2025 to till date as imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.9214 of 2025 dated 04.04.2025, is relaxed to an extent that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. 4.
